No. Vent Sessions provide supportive, nonclinical listening and are not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy. If you need diagnosis, treatment, or ongoing counseling, we will refer you to qualified mental health professionals.

You may limit personal details during the session. Booking requires basic contact information for scheduling, and we respect privacy. Note that confidentiality follows legal exceptions such as mandated reporting for safety concerns.
